Fixed unresponsive buttons in UI, where some buttons just plain weren't working with gamepad/keyboard and you needed to click on them with the mouse to make them work.

There are still some pending issues:

• In the Options menu, the currently selected option isn't always shown when scrolling with the gamepad/keyboard
• Closing the Pause menu while racing will make the next Boost button press on gamepad be ignored
